On delivery, please check your goods and notify us within 48 hours of signing for the goods using the contact form here or emailing hello@workwearhero.co.uk with any requests to return the goods.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items, in addition the consumer will have to bear the full costs of returning the goods in case of withdraw. Any items returned must be adequately packed for protection and in the same packaging and condition that they were dispatched in, along with our returns form.

When returning an item we strongly advise you to obtain proof of postage from the post office. We can not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Items being returned should be sent to: Workwear Hero, Untit 2, Delphi House, English Close, Hove, BN3 7EE

Once we have received the items back to us we will inspect them and issue the appropriate refund or exchange.

We are unable to accept returns for any underwear or base layer garments due to hygiene reasons. Any other returns must be returned in their original state, and in their original packaging from Blaklader and or us.

Blaklader offer a warranty on their workwear – we will honour this but require pictures of any failure in the garment first, so as we can assess this properly. We can only deal with issues on garments purchased from ourselves. Please send images to hello@workwearhero.co.uk before returning the goods. We will not be liable for the cost of returning any goods under warranty. Any garments being returned under these circumstances should be freshly laundered before being returned.

Any bespoke or printed garment (s) cannot be returned. All images and logo positioning are sent to you for authorisation prior to any works done. Once authorised we cannot change or alter this. If the artwork is of poor quality we may refuse to use it and or charge for reworks and set up of a new logo.

Bespoke works and printed garments can take up to 21 working days to complete. Some items cannot be branded due to the nature of the fabric

All returns are dealt with individually – we will charge the return costs on items ordered wrongly, for instance, due to size. If it is our error, then we will cover the return costs.
